I learned my lesson today. I woke up this morning with a red spot and a small bump on my side. When I got home this afternoon, most of the redness had disappeared and there was a blister.

Moral of the story:

listen to the instructions printed on a heating pad and don't sleep on it.

I was at a clients house the other day and heard about the third huricane going through Florida in the past few months, and my mind realized that Mother Nature was telling the residents to "Get the F*%$ out of my swamps".
