Our Big Snow

So about once a year it snows in Eugene. This year the snow stuck. Krystan's mom had flown into town with her friend Barbara and we'd been showing them the best Oregon experience we could. Then on Sunday it snowed. We decided it would be the best time to hike up to the top of Spencer's Butte to show them the view and hopefully see

You're all mad. Snow only looks pretty so it can lure you out of your air conditioning and slice off your toes and fingers.

I missed the snow! It even stuck in Portland....I flew out a few days before an I am kind of pissed. Tell Krystan we should get together in the New Year! Dan is moving to Portland in January.

Best view ever! Please post the Christmas ornament on Spencer's butte picture. Really had a great time, frozen nose & all, was worth it.
