Perhaps I'm overly sensitive to shifts in my psychological state, but I ha-aate how much eating food fucks with my brain chemistry.

I mean, alcohol, caffeine, nicotine or other "mind-altering" "substances" I can deal with, because they're supposed to fuck with your brain chemistry. I'm ingesting them, if not expressly for that purpose, then at ( Read more... )

I've been eating $20 cans of foie gras (Pâté de) from France to help me cope with this stressful week. I wonder what that is doing to me?

One more thing. If you are still here, we talk about chocolate (real chocolate, not the manufactured Hershey's stuff) in my play and at the end of the play, we give the audience members a yummy treat. I just had my first taste on Monday and the real stuff gives you a real buzz. Makes me hot and dizzy just thinking about it. I hope you're still here. Opening night is Oct. 7. More info to come on my LJ, of course.

You know, I can't remember if I've mentioned it, but the way you relate to food is one of your most attractive qualities (which is saying something.)

I sincerely want to see your play. Still waiting on that deployment date, but I'll cross my fingers for it to be after Oct. 7th (although unfortunately, that seems unlikely. :( )

Isn't it though? One of my favorites. One of my fucking favorites.

I went outside and skipped around the building, and got on and then immediately off the bus again (much to the confusion of the bus driver) and spun around in circles with my arms out like a six year old, and now I feel much better. Also, not falling asleep at my desk anymore = bonus.

Next time I will have to try dancing like your dancing cat.

Also, you called? No voicemail, so I figured I could just talk to you later.

Hm, I thought I left a voicemail. Maybe my phone was being wonky. All it said was that I was going to go somewhere to get some work done, and wondered if you had studying etc. to do and would like to join me (then or some other time.)

Ended up being moot since we stayed at Phil Club, or at least whatever Phil Club morphed into, until like 11:30. :P But the offer still stands.
