Be the bigger person and let it go. Though it might seem revenge will help, it really won't. Your peace of mind and her punishment are not related. She will get what she deserves in the end, but it's not your job to do so.

You will have no case if you take it to court and she can prove you've retaliated.

Staying away is not a "bitch move", it's a smart move.
