What time did you run? Matt and I usually run right away in the morning around 7:00 am. Today, we did day 2 of week 6 around 10:50 am, and it was significantly harder for us because it was much warmer. I was just curious if the warmer temps played anything into it.
In some ways, I found the 20 minute jog easier than the intervals because I didn't start and stop. But, ask me again after the 25 minute run I have lined up on Wednesday!
I ran around 11am, usually I run either then if I do it on my lunch break from work(or have the day off)as I'm not much of a morning person, and am usually up at 530am for work, don't want to get up earlier. Or I'll do it after work around 430pm.
Though I might have to stop running all together as even with the new shoes, my left knee has been in alot of pain after running, and usually for a couple days after.
Its wierd, becuase Friday when I got the new shoes, I had no issues with my knee, but then yesterday I did. I am going to try the next session, redoing w5d2 on the treadmill. Its not the same as outside, but maybe it will help me build the strength up in it. I don't know. I really don't want to give this up, as I do enjoy the exercise.

I don't think it's a bad thing to repeat a week (or do an extra day of week 5 or 6). Keep pounding away at that wall, you'll knock it down.
