I played guitar soem today and cant figure out exactly what happened to my amp yesterday to make it go all skitzo

Vacation rules
had a band practice yesterday but my amp craped out on me. So i did what i always do to burn off some steam. Blow stuff up. We blew up somespray paint cans.Ten foot tall mushroom cloud.
It was awsome.
Any ways the band practice did get part of a song done , wich does make me happy.
