WEATHER:
Sunrise is the color of muted red, peeking through a heavy cloak of clouds, which will sail across the sky the whole day. Mild breezes of wind at L12 with short periods of light rain. For the night, the sky clears and allow the stars to be seen brightly on the deep blue night sky. Temperature is roundly 69F. For L11 the temperature goes down five degrees, the same happens with L10, L9 and L8, but drops drastically at L7 to below 40F and keeps going down until at L1 it's around -19F and downbelow between -22F to -32F.
The rain turns filthy and mildly acidic below L8, and only worse from there on.
RUMORS:
¤ Of course, a rumor about ill business behind the soccer game has been circling around for a while. The managers of Giant's have the money. Why would they content themselves just to wait and see if their team wins?
¤ Lately it seems that a certain drug/med called 'M13', a relatively new cocktail of hyper stimulants and good old battle pills that will get you going for days on no end, has seen a meltdown in the price section. It's sold with ridiculous little at the streets and given away almost free at the upper levels.
¤ Those with sensitivity for stuff beyond the physical realm could have noticed something strange happening two nights ago, conveniently at the same time as the murders of Esset triumvirate.
TIMELINE:
Roughly, we'll use a week for this first day. Since nothing big is coming up. Monday and Tuesday for morning, Wednesday and Thursday for afternoon, Friday and Saturday for evening and Sunday for night. So, the next daybreak post should happen around next week, Sunday, which is the 29th. If you want something included in it, a smaller event or rumor or news post, feel free to smack us with it before Saturday.
Esset Triumvirate meets a sudden death
Esset is one of the biggest and most influential corporations in the city. Few nights ago, their leading group of three was murdered. The news hit street media the day before, but since at best the rumour mill is questionable, today it has been confirmed by several different news agencies and street faces.

Champion's league soccer game
The New Babylon Giants, last year champions, are facing this year's newcomers, 7's Tigers, a team originating to L7, and storming their way up to the champion's league. NBGiants are a team supported by few of the bigger corporations (want it to be yours? Go ahead!), and it has worked as a fantastic advertising trick. Tigers on the other hand are mostly supported by the mafia, of course publicly, they're self-supported.
The match will be fought at the Coliseum Stadium, and aired online (for a fee of course) and broadcast on television. It is one of the biggest things for a while. The Coliseum is full, all tickets reserved already months ago. From the lowest seats under the arena itself to the best seats up at the airy private booths. However, the event is not only a must-do for those fanatic about sport, but it is also one of the biggest social events for a while, money will move, alliances will be formed, others ruined. Bets are on the Giants, but naturally the scales are a bit tipped because of the fact that mafia is behind the Tigers. Mafia is running the underground bets, a gaming firm to augment the legal ones. (Want to own that firm? Go ahead!)
Giants will win the game. At the last minute no less. Somehow magically their star player manages to get through all on his own and score a goal from a difficult spot. Ah, but if you have very sharp eyes, perhaps you can notice that the defending players are a bit sluggish while trying to get to the star man. They must have been tired from the long and exciting game. Tigers need a bit more training for the next season. Happily it won't take that long for that to open again. The victory parties are arranged all around the L11, naturally the main one by the corps owning the team. At lower levels, disappointed followers of the Tigers get their own parties.
