I created a Facebook page and INSTANTLY it made up a friends list for me that included MOST OF MY FRIENDS FROM COLLEGE! Amazing. How do they do that?!?!?!?!?!!??????!!!

it's great. It's like having a reunion online because, well, that's exactly what it IS. . .

Leave it to a student to alert me to this "breaking" news story, which is in today's New York Times. What's funny is that I always try to get my students to read the NYTimes and they resist. But I guess if they find a story that interests them. . . well. . .

Oh yeah:  and my student wants to do his research paper on this, too.

Is anyone surprised, especially now that Palin missed her bid at being Vice President, it seems expected that her daughter would not marry the father of her son. They're both too young for that anyway and should focus on raising their son as best as they can.

I really thought this story was a joke, but it isn't. I frankly thought this whole story/issue was going to fade away, but recording a duet with the guy who smacked you around?!?!??

God only knows what the song will be about. . .or that anyone will want to buy it.
