My diet day 8 or so
So I'm still doing the whole diet thing, but I'm starting to worry that I won't actually be losing any weight. I ate kind of bad today and I feel sort of bloated and then I (stupidly) went on the scale and there was an increase of weight. Diet: Day 5
I started a diet on Monday. Fifty days of eating healthy, then an off day, then another fifty, etc. I weighed myself today and I was 180.8. I would like to get down to 160-165 if possible. It is going pretty well so far, and I think I can make it. More updates to follow ( Read more... ) -
