My home internet speed went to shit this morning. Again.
Called T-Mobile for the second time in two months. Gave the respondent a wet noodle lashing (expressed my frustrations, while acknowledging he isn't doing this to me personally). Asked for one of the new routers with connectors for external antennae. Reminded him they'd failed me already

No, not them (this time), that was AT&T. But the couple times before that? Yup, them.
