A challenge
I have to admit that, in general, I'm the one who steams up the bathroom. I have this belief that I can only get clean if the water is nearly boiling hot. Okay, we live in an apartment and the thermostat is not set *that* hot, but really, I like a hot shower. The fact is, though, we can get clean wthout the hot water.

Main stream, liberal, we have to be weary of where we get our information. I am on a variety of message boards/user groups. Often, people will pose a question or make a comment and then get a variety of advice, sometimes without even asking for advise.

Rights as a parent
At times I am split on parental rights. While most parents are responsible and think about their child when making decisions, obviously some parents are selfish or just really un-informed.

Solids starved baby

What is in a product?
Many have probably
read about the unsafe materials in various skin care products. It can be quite scary to read about the possible carcinogens that are in the products you use daily... and the products we put on our baby every day... What’s even worse is when the items appear to be "natural" or kid friendly.

AP Principle - Being Responsive to Baby - Deciphering your baby's cry
I highly recommend Dunston’s Baby Language. It is over-priced for the short movie, but if your local library has it, definitely check it out. If you have a baby on the way, maybe register for it, or shell out the bucks - I think it is worth it. In case you can’t go out and get it, the one I have (thanks Carolyn!) is for babies 0-3 months.
