Moody Morning
I woke up angry and early, and went back to bed after an hour, and then woke surly again. I can't find one of my meds that I just had refilled, but hubs and I had a lovely breakfast. My legs hurt, I have a shoot tonight, and I can't find my ADHD med, bound to be interesting!
Sick of being sick. -
A house burned, down the street, last night...
I was asleep
not peacefully-due to the sirens
when my husband came and woke me last night.
The sirens were a lot closer than they seemed in my dreams.
Walking outside
cold feet on concrete
a blaze has gone up
I smell the smoke.
Fear shakes through me
Worry racks my brain.
Is everyone out?
What if it were my house? -
Cancellations
I get so tired of canceling things because I don't feel well. There used to be a time when I wouldn't cancel things so often, it was a rare occurrence, but lately I'm doing more canceling than *doing* because I feel so bad later in the day. I've talked to my therapist about it, and she agrees that its not good, but the only way to not cancel things ( Read more... ) -
Today is starting out pretty ok
Pretty OK seems to be my status lately, just... okay. Not good, not bad, just okay--at least in the mornings. It gets bad in the late afternoon/evening. Never especially good lately, though I can be thankful only my arms are hurting this morning ( Read more... ) -
Last night I ended up in the ER
And they were pretty much like, what do you want us to do about it? The nurse and the dr both asked. I wanted at the very last, temporary relief from the pain, ended up with a shot and a couple pills, and an RX for the pills. I slept pretty well until i started having an acidic tummy around 2. Having a rough time today, but who isn't?
I am having a rough time lately coping with the realities of living day to day with chronic pain, chronic fatigue, chronic brain fog; just not being able to be myself! I miss having energy the most. The physical and emotional energy to be fully engaged with life ( Read more... )
