ok so a good week was ruin in a couple of days (sunday monday) and now Im back at 169.5, hope that tomorrow will be better, but I dont know how is it possible to gain 3.5 pounds in 2 days and I know I ate a lot but it was not really bad, this just suck, I dont know why I try if I will allways be a fat cow

so I ate like a pig, and tomorrow Ill feel like a cow when I wake up and see how much I gain in 2 days (sunday and monday)

so today was really good so far because I had a teeth pain and I took a pill but I hadnt ate anything so it was burning my stomach, and I was going to buy something to eat but for a change I really think about how bad food is for me. I ate a lot today, it was like very bad, I brought good food for the week hope to eat only that and not buy any bad and fat food

tomorrow I will go to collegue again so
days out of home = eat less
hope to do a good work this week
