We bid a very fond farewell to rahaeli last week, who started working for LiveJournal back in January 2003 when the LJ staff consisted of just a few people. We're sending out huge thanks for all of her work and contributions, and best of luck in her future as an author. You can keep track of her writing career at mccuneblog. We'll miss you, D!

It doesn't seem to occur to them that doing more thoughtless actions on top of the ones they've already done will only dig the hole deeper.

I've pretty much left LJ. Except that I bought a year's paid account subscription back at the beginning of April, and they won't give me their money back. So for the next half-year or so, I intend to make as much use of those paid account features as I can and be a major gadfly/pain in their asses as I can. Because I've paid for the right to be.

I won't even be doing anything against their TOS... just using their features and expressing my opinions. :D!
