yeah but I thought whatever happened in 2007 was bigger (is it sad I can't remember what it was? I just remember being in the news threads filling EVERY comment space up) and nothing changed?

was that when they tried to take away basic accounts?

They're usually every two weeks, but can run ahead of schedule or a bit late.
