Thanks for the updated info, and no, I was not aware of the lawsuit. EEK! Glad things turned out OK. GO LJ! :D

Thanks for letting us know all this--timely communication is key. :)

Btw, will the proper alphabetization of user pics during the selection process ever get sorted again? I.E., not sorting out by capitalized keywords first (in alphabetical order) and then non-capitalized keywords (again in alphabetical order). In a past release this was fixed, but in the next release, it reverted. :( I would really like, during the selecting of a user pic for a post/comment, that I could see all together all user pics for the autumn season, whether the first keyword was Autumn or autumn, as example. :)

Wow, I never got a chance to watch that video in the last update. It kinda reminded me of those parodies of school science videos.

Glad you won your lawsuit, though. Also very glad they couldn't force you to reveal the mods' identities, that would have been... not good, and rather faith-destroying.

I don't know if this was a tactical decision, but I'm really glad you put in the video a line about not filtering anything out. Since that has become an issue on Facebook, I think that is a huge plus that LJ has going for it.

I also DEEPLY appreciate your action with the lawsuit. While I'm not directly involved, it is a huge faith-builder that you guys stick to your guns about what's right. I also appreciate your communication with us about this. It helps us know what's going on and continue to have a feeling of safety here. So thanks.
