I feel like the thundering silence means we approve but are too confused by these positive feelings being brought on by a news post.

I'm still waiting for the other 10000-complaint-comment-shoe to drop.

The app description says it now does landscape. Sure doesn't seem to. Many other bugs noted in the last release I haven't had a chance to recheck.

It does landscape only for inbox composing and only on iPhone, not iPad. Sorry, we will implement full landscape support later!

I'll note that the lack of landscape takes away a goodly amount of the functionality I had on the ipad. I guess people must use livejournal messaging a lot more than I realized; I take it to email as much as possible ( ... )

(I realize that was pretty negative above, and as someone who has done testing professionally I am indeed appalled by the August release.

But I do want to add my praise for standing up for the ONTD folks in the lawsuit. )

Wow...really loving the 'new' Eljay attitude and I think that vid pretty much covers it. The feel and freedom of Livejournal is highlighted and the only thing it can't encapsulate is the experience - but one is hoping that being a part of Livejournal will take care of that.

Thank you for this. Made me smile!

Also, I may not be a part of ONTD, but I am gratified and relieved that you take your users, communities and individuals here seriously and fight for their privacy, freedoms of expression and the safe place they can exercise these rights within. Thank you for that. And thank you for giving all of use ElJayers reason to be proud of our Happy Place Maintainers again!
