View Pictures, Reacts, and Quotations - New Features of LJ

Dear Friends,

Friday is a good time for some great news - in fact, we have three of them! From now on you can view big-size photos closer, put the reaction not only on an entry or a comment but on pictures in the entries too! And the cherry on this cake is - quotations of entries. Now you can quote any phrase you like from the entry in the comments

I am grateful for being able to access the theme I use because it is older. I don't expect LJ to stay the same, I just want to hang onto some of the past. FB is horrible LJ is my only place now. Nothing tech is offering these days is of any interest to me.

One thing though. I would like to create a folder in a folder for scrapbook. It would be easier to organize.

I am using the Desktop version of Livejournal (yes, some of us still use it), and it has become impossible to upload photos in it!

I select the icon to upload the photo while creating an LJ entry, then click on "browse", and select the photo. But it never uploads. What has happened to it? Please fix it and let me know.
