This morning I awoke to a loud noise coming from the Common Room and it turned out to be Sarah singing "I Want A Hippopotamus For Christmas", wearing a Father Christmas hat. She ruffled my hair again put the hat on my head and told me that she'd been up all night first putting up Christmas decorations around the castle hopefully no more mistletoe ( Read more... )

Sarah can be scary. So was the Christmas wreath a cat to begin with, or did she Transfigure it from a cat?

That was Sarah? I know what I'm about to say is going to sound cruel, but it sounded like someone was strangling the Hippopotamus.

But then again, knowing Sarah, she probably sang like that on purpose.

She would have. She actually doesn't have a half-bad voice when she sings seriously. I don't tell her that though, as it would only encourage her and she really doesn't need incentive to make still more noise.
