I stepped on a nail this evening, hurt like a motherfucker, wasn't a very deep puncture, but it did bleed a little, which means I should probably get a tetanus shot. August 12th (the night before my birthday) is the night of Perseid's meteor shower, there also happens to be a new moon that night which means it'll be even darker and perfect to see shooting stars.
