It's good that you're enjoying Anthem since I heard it was plagued with bugs. I was recently just talking to my wife about how many games are released now with game breaking glitches and just don't work. I'm very against it, but they need to meet their deadlines, I guess...

Unfortunate, but true. I've had to force-close a few times, and also had the game crash twice. That was all within the first week, tho. The past few days it's just been a lot of getting kicked out for "server maintenance" :/ Not sure which I like less. Ah well.

Wow, that's super nice of your brother to do that for his friend! I don't even know how you would manage that dynamic.. it almost seems like it would be easier to use someone you don't know? But who knows.

That was kind of my thought, too, but they wanted to go with someone they knew so they had an idea of what to expect, personality and health-wise. At least, that is what my brother told me. I was honestly mostly worried about how my mother would take it, because she is always pining for grandkids, but she has been really good about accepting that it's not her grandchild, and she doesn't pester the moms at all, either. They are super sweet and share pics and stuff anyway, but my mother has been amazingly great about boundaries with this whole thing, even though I know it killed her at first.
