Ha ha ha. I encountered one of those in the Philippines. The walls were made of cement so all the beautiful aromas were kept freshg and not allowed to disperse. The "toilet" was a bucket. To top off the image, when I walked out out the bathroom door (a sheer curtain) I saw the cook chopping (with what could have been an axe) a giant snake. Mmmmmmm ASIA
