I'm not sure I can keep up with grad school. Between work, the ridiculously large projects, and the speed of the classes, I don't have any free time anymore. I'm always stressed, and I haven't learned a damn thing yet

Three reasons: 1) I need an ethics class to sit for the CPA exam 2) After working for a year with no intellectual challange I felt stupid,and wanted something structured and stimulating 3) I thought a Master's degree would be easier to obtain than the CPA.
If I could go full time MBA and no work time, I think I could handle it. Of course, my stress is mainly about these stupid remedial business cram courses. Perhaps, the regular courses will be less stressful. That's the second reason why I'm waiting.
