DepressionI'm so tired of fighting. I get a call from a credit collection service and the rep gives me a dire warning of impending death because I haven't made a payment to my Citibank credit card in over 13 months. it does account for something. it accounts for a lot.
and artists are traditionally behind in their bills. so you're just following tradition.
citibank can be evil though. we have learned to hate them.

Thanks, I needed to hear that. I'll probably give in and call the collection agency and attempt to make arrangements. I wonder how successful I will be in that endeavor (about actually making the payments).

you probably already know this, but citibank won't even accept the payment plans that those debt reduction services set up. i'm so grateful i was able to pay mine off and not worry about them any more. good luck to you.

mom, they can sue all they like. however, they can't garnish wages. (unless something's changed since i collected for Chase). it's just a threat. we can't sweat the small stuff, because remember, we're doing the best we can. that's all that matters.

and hello, you can't go to debtors prison, cuz then i'd be obliged to bust you out and then we'd be all on the run and Butch Cassidy & Sundance Kid with it.
