looool and when he agrees to actually battle Chiaki his Pokemon are all like, level 15, and Chiaki goes "wtf" but it's because Takeru spends all his time doing beauty contests instead of battling.

And somehow his level 20 Skitty still manages to beat Chiaki's level 50 Scyther.
