Mmmm, it's possible there might be something useful on my journal, but I'd have trouble saying 'yes for sure, please go to x date and you will have all that you are looking for'. Maybe just have a quick skim around and see if you find anything.
I think a lot of my posts might touch on these questions but probably not to the extent that you are looking for. But if you're getting desperate, might be worth a try!
If you can't think of any specific incidents maybe you could blog a 'moral moment' that has already occurred but you haven't recorded - or even maybe something in the future. If something pops up, write about it, and if you wish, let me know. I hope that doesn't sound all too demanding!
Or maybe you can find some posts where you discuss a general moral strategy or orientation - for example, some people talk about the importance of helping others, of practicing random acts of kindness, of doing 'good things' because it makes you feel good. So it can be quite general and abstract or more specific and concrete. Both are fine as well.
I am in the states, but would be interested in participating... My long term relationship involves a married man. My blog is friends only, if you are interested, please feel free to reply & I would be happy to 'let you in'.
I chat on Yahoo as well, should you ever be interested in discussions.

Just seen your request over at Aussie_lj. Being an Aussie and living in one of the main cities, I qualify for your first criteria.
My posts are less about particular moral decisions (Unless "The ethics of what we eat" is of interest to you) but more sort of general - particularly the encounters with the utterly awful lecturers in a unit I took a few years ago with the oxymoronic title "Business ethics"
Some of the discussions in the class were about ethics in general. There was the Philosophical Quotes Quiz
The discussions about how ethics and politics have absolutely NOTHING to do with each other and also one post about this class where I do mention in some detail my own beliefs about business and ethics and personal decisions about investing or spending plus the decision yet again not to remain silent in the face of outrageous provocation in spite of the fact that pissing off these people could have a negative effect on my end of term test results. Found two posts that might be useful - the first is not so much about a moral issue but a crossroads in life and the need to make a decision. The question I used to arrive at the choice of the best thing to do is also very useful when deciding matters of right or wrong Ostalgie
Then there's a post where I talk about some of the other quotes or questions that I often use as a guide when making decisions and briefly mention a decision that while not so much about right or wrong - was more about choosing the easiest and most convenient option or the one that would enable me to maintain self respect even thought it would result in a rather large opportunity cost that I could not really afford The Search for Security is the root of all evil
(I do have some posts with the tag 'moral maze' some of which I've linked to already. Will add any more that are relevant when I come across them)

just remembered - a post with the evil details of one of the most difficult decisions I've had to make recently - one that resulted in being tossed off the roster for ten days as a spiteful payback but which was worth it anyway as it pissed off the boss so so much but there was nothing she could do about it since I'd done nothing immoral or illegal but simply served her up a taste of her own rather nasty medicine The Serpent bites back

Unfortunately, part of my research design was that bloggers would be from Australia. I'm sorry.
