001 - Returning.
Desai hasn't changed much in the half year that I've been gone, which is frankly surprising. I've been here on and off the last couple of weeks, but it has become a realization that maintaining an open channel with Desai is important.
I wonder how much needs to be caught up on, regarding events. The last week was interesting, it seems. -

It seems I've out of the loop for some time. It does seem that time passes equally between here and home, however. It's interesting, however, how things seem to be just the same there, but always seem to be rapidly changing here. A week feels like a month. A month feels like half a year.

December. Finally. It's hard to believe that our first December here was disastrous, but hopefully it will be peaceful this year as it was the last.
Two years, I've been here. I wonder if I should cut my time short and return home, sometimes.

Desai apparently thought it would be amusing to change out my clothes with male clothing again. This would be fine, but she keeps insisting that they belong to a tank of a man. Everything would fit if the arm holes weren't so absurd!
