My list of neato things to do in Hawaii is getting shorter as I cross things off.  This passed weekend I finally got lei'd, which is definitely one of those things you just need to do in Hawaii.  And, even cooler then that, I got to go to luau!   For anyone who doesn't know what a luau is, it's basically a big Hawaiian feast and show.

I've done it!! Three weeks in and I've completed one of my main goals of Hawaii! I caught a wave! That's right boys and girls, I am now a pro surfer (and by pro I mean I've caught roughly four decent waves ( Read more... )

Living in Hawaii is definitely an awesome thing.... somewhat lonely at times, but awesome, none the less. And it seems, more and more since I got here it seems like I'm living for the weekends and all the amazing stuff that can be done around this beautiful island ( Read more... )
