I'm gonna be on, or between, flights for nine hours on thursday. Any good books to recommend?

the 2nd installment of the dark tower series by stephen king... (the drawing of three)

shit you read the gunslinger when i let you borrow it...

this one's insane, involves the gunslinger goin into our time gathering three people he needs to help him on his journey back in his strange realm... the first one's called the prisoner and just so happens to be a junkie... haha... seriously though... I'm about halfway through and its GREAT...

I'd buy it if you enjoyed the last one....

Actually, the first of the gunslinger series just kind of weirded me out. I generally really like stephen king, but I found the first one a little too strange.

a little too strange as in an ultimate fantasy/horror/how the hell does one think this up way...

If you were to reread it, and look at it as a wonderful fantasy filled with old western cowboys and crazy wizards and knights... stuff's a trip.
