CONGRATULATIONS ON PHARMACY SCHOOL! That is really incredible, and Temple is so good. Really, congrats. But we'll miss you.

I am so sorry about the awkwardness with your mom...wow. Sticky situation. At least it's over with though, right...? Probably not that big of a perk.

I have to say that I don't agree with you on the whole bisexuality thing. I'll admit, I hate the word myself because it's both limiting yet vague; it reinforces the whole idea that there is a strict dichotomy of the sexes, yet can also seem like a copout for someone who is 'actually gay'. But I definitely believe bi/omni sexuality exists for a lot of people. I'd rather just say I'm attracted to whomever I'm attracted to regardless of their sex, but then people just think you're a weirdo. Maybe I am.

i dont object to people being bisexual or labelling themselves it, cause I think everyone should do or say whatever they want in life ( ... )

But isn't it 'making a choice' to feel attraction to both sexes, but suppress it and only choose partners of the opposite sex ( ... )

You are my favorite person. For all of the reasons you listed above (except for having pneumonia because you sound yucky). You have no idea how happy/excited I am that you got into Temple. I pretty much worship the ground you walk on now (as if I didn't before). And clearly your mom's mean tone on the bisexual thing was cause she hates bisexuals and not just that she's unhappy with the whole lesbian thing. And I support your mom, bisexuals are lame (especially if you are one).

the only answer to all this is that you are a fucking rockstar. and i hate your stupid paragraph about leaving oakland because i hate your guts and am not going to miss you at all and it didn't make me sad even a little bit.
