Irony: eating an organic granola bar while drinking a Mt. Dew.

oh college, how i will miss you.
oh college, how my body will be better when you are over.

I just don't understand why such horrible things happen.  Thank God my cousin at Virginia Tech is safe.  My heart breaks for families of 33 people, many my age, who will never again dream about the things that I do.  It breaks my heart.  I ache for these people.

Is every little thing that I do magic?

I want it to be.

Sometimes my heart just breaks and there's nothing left for me to do but turn to the One who loves me and made me and knows me. I need comfort, I need peace, and I need hope for something better.

Pray for me, please.

Well, I've been in the apartment about 2.5 weeks and I'm happy to say that I love it.  Nora and I have been having such a great time.  Dylan came to see me right after we moved in, and that was really nice.  Hopefully he'll get to visit again soon, but for the next couple of weekends I have to be home.  I'd rather stay in Muncie, but family ( Read more... )

Warped Tour was fun, but I'm not sure I'll be returning. It was just so hot and it made it difficult to enjoy myself. Some people handle the heat better than others, and I just can't stand to be that miserable all day. We did, however, get to see Cartel and talk to their drummer again.
