bumping into Richard Dryfus at Barnes and Noble...literally. He is so old now. I wouldn't have recognized him if he hadn't apologized and asked me if I was okay. His voice gave it away.
So anyway, all I want to do now is watch Moon Over Pador.

I'm safe for now. I'm back in my house and the cats are happy. It was so scary!
When we were evacuated I had all 4 cats in the back seat of my car in their cages and they were all howling. I wish I had taken photos, but that was the last thing on my mind.
The air quality isn't 100% yet but it's a lot better than Monday and Tuesday.

I'm in the process of packing because we will have to be gone by the time the sun goes down.

We can't leave our house and all the windows are closed......and my eyes are still burning.
My roommate just went to get face masks and a larger cat carrier.

The news people keep saying that it's the worst fire in San Diego history.

I just found out that my sister went to rehab in Georgia 2 weeks ago. I love how my Mom "forgets" to tell me when things like this happen.
I feel awful.

I just needed a change.
