Oh man....a sanitation strike? That is ridic!! what will they think of next? At least it's not what happened in NYC two years ago, when ALL OF the metro workers actually went on strike! It was madness, because it happened days before Christmas and so nobody could get to the airports. There was a rule that they wouldn't allow cabs in/ out of the city unless they held like, four people. So everyone would just hop in! I think that they have some flatbed truck action where people would just jump on the back....literally like a bandwagon!!! haha, it was nuts! But yes, you should apoyar la huegla, tambien and bring your silly string down to the metro station!
