How does everyone get the neat little emoticon icons, like the star or the bad bear? I know I can be slow sometimes, but I cannot figure it out. Can someone please let me know how to set it up?

So I have been down here a while and am gettin reaccostomed to southern living. Things just really run at a different pace down here. The one thing that does bother me is everyone knows everyone and is in everybody's business. Oh well, i guess that is what ya get for being in a close knit community.
