Headwear for Pennsic

I'm in full-on prep mode for Pennsic.  One of the big items that I've been missing is headwear.  I'd like to have a couple coifs but have heard that it's just easier to buy them. Question is... where is a good place to get them?  Should I just wait until Pennsic and search out a place there?  Is there somewhere online that people have had good ( Read more... )

a couple yards of white linen will serve as a multitude of options.

coifs: i'd check out camelot treasures.

Ditto on the Camelot Treasures - IIRC, they're Atlantians (did they call themselves 'Angevin Treasures' in the past?) who make good quality merchandise - that's where I bought my earlier period coif. What period are you looking for - Elizabethan coif or earlier?

yes, atlantian (windmasters) and yes used to be angevin treasures. :)

For the coifs I'm looking for Elizabethan ones. For clothes I pretty much only have Elizabethan, 16C Italian, and Cotehardies.
