Work has been insanely busy. We have projects coming to a head right and left and I really need a clone or two right now. Preferably ones who aren't as tired as I am or who aren't fighting some ick that might just be stress. Kate and I took Willy to the new Oxford Dog Park today. Apparently it was "Black Dog Day", because Willy made the fifth black dog, with three other black labs and a Doberman. He's getting more used to being around other dogs, but still not really into the whole "romp around the yard at full speed" thing. He'll do it with humans, but he's not so ( Read more... )

I've decided that having two thumb nails is really overrated. It's just ostentatious to have two.

It's always interesting to just let iTunes run. I didn't actually have it set to shuffle, I just hit play quite a while ago and let it work through my complete set of Robert Johnson recordings.

And then it went straight into my Robotech soundtrack. That was quite a shift :)

Well, that was a healthy chunk of change I just dropped on the van. Ouch.

The good news is that it's running noticeably better. Specifically those little things called brakes are working much better now. I hadn't realized exactly how unresponsive they had become until I picked up the van and drove home.

Glad to have that taken care of.
