Popsicles and ... cole slaw

Popsicle 1: nearly 1 can coconut milk, 3 heaping eating-teaspoons cocoa powder, 1.5 bananas, dash of cinnamon. -- makes one batch.

Popsicle 2: 3/4 C. coconut milk, 1 C. crushed pineapple and juice, 1 banana, dash of coriander and ginger. -- makes one batch.  Blend and freeze.

CSA cole slaw:

1/2 cabbage,
small bunch cilantro,
2 carrots

Except the banana bits, YUM!!! I might have to try these...

The banana adds solidity (vs. iciness) and a lot of sweetness, esp. for #1. You might replace it with other sweet fruit (strawberries, mango, peach).
