Today I received three copies of the Denver Quarterly (more coming) .  And there, on pages 83-90, is my poem "In All This Singing."  I am now published!  Yay!

Henry arrived from Boston last night, and our first meal was BBQ Chicken from the Korean chain place around the corner...the predecessors of the restaurant were Togi and Little Seoul...anyway, we got some of the original chicken and the terigold wings--the terigold wings win for tastiness!

I am happy to report that I kicked the GRE's butt this morning.  Granted, I won't get the analytical writing scores till later, but I think the essays were also kick-ass, and my verbal was fabulous and math very good (I thought math had gotten the better of me, but apparently my guessing abilities were on high-gear today).  So wahooooo!!!

Life has been the tumult of moving up to Boston and trying to get settled in. Still not fully unpacked, but after traveling to Hawaii for a wedding and having Henry's parents stay with us for five days, things are finally starting to calm a bit. Right now I'm full of rage about all the disgusting perverted people out there and how when things happen, I tend to freeze up. I wouldn't be surprised if that's often the case; people often don't know what to do or are too embarrassed or flustered when someone is engaged in perverted behavior out in public.
