So It's a new year. I'd say I'll turn over a new leaf and start updating.. But really, who would I be kidding?

I'm going to the Highland games in a few weeks. It's from January 17th through the 18th, though I'll probably only going Saturday. Should be fun. You all should come out and watch people throw trees, eat haggis and play bagpipes.

So, I know my cat's pretty old.. So when my mom called me to tell me that he'd died this afternoon, I was upset, but I understood. What I didn't like hearing, was the manner in which he died. He didn't die quietly, or from some ailment. Ooh no.

I watched a man die last night during my clinical. He'd come in not doing so hot anyway, but I was actually doing CPR on him when he went. It was moderately eerie.
