Fruitcake

So we are drowning fruit in booze to make a fruit cake.

Specifically, in Laphroig because it's the crappiest scotch we've got.

Talk about first world problems. Smells like it's going to be a great cake though :)

Can I help you eat it? I never make fruit cake because K doesn't like it. Americans don't believe in fruit cake, apparently.

You can totally help us eat it. I suspect that we're actually going to make several cakes - we have almost 4kg of boozefruit now
