Churning and Burning

Do you ever just have random flash backs to a time that was better than now and it makes your stomach churn? Tis what I've been going through the last few days and I hate it...I really wish I could go back TO those times and not have to worry about hurting anyone...but I guess that'll never happen...*sigh*
