i sit now at work...luckily i made it in...i'm not in a very good state of being at the moment and it seems to only be getting worse....my friends have been trying to be as supportive as possible, and though it makes me feel good when i talk to them, that feeling almost vanishes the moment i'm off the phone with them.....more later
