that would be jordan. and thanks to supposedly a clerical error he owes $1300 less than he really does. but since he hasnt even paid that my internet has been shut off for the last month, hence replying to you from my phone.

why don't you just kick em out or something? if he isn't paying rent anyway what would it matter if he is there or not?

unfortunately it isnt that easy. even though we each signed an individual payment schedule, we are all on the lease together and all are responsible for unpaid rent. to get him evicted would be to get all of us evicted. my other roomy just paid off his rent though so now we are golden.

that still kinda sucks. what an ass. is it he didn't have the money or he spent it on drugs?
