I heard this on the radio and jsut had to crack up! This is the DUMBEST lawsuit against Eminem that I have heard of yet! First of all, if you'd heard the song "Brain Damage" by Eminem, you will know what I'm talking about.

Yeh, plus...I've heard that song more then a few times, and I wouldn't have connected those two if a year from now the dude got a recording contract. But by him sueing Eminem, he just made millions of people connect it...no wonder he can't get anywhere with his rap career, they guy is a dumbass.

you would have never connected the two, I would have! If I heard, "Here's someone new, D'Angelo Bailey". I'd be like "BRain Damage"! Maybe I'm just one thats really good at connecting the dots...

I heard it like last week, I think, just a blurb by whatever DJ saying it. "News Of The Absurd" or whatever. Maybe it was settled out of court and thats why he was referring to it.

I don't think so. He bullied the guy in middle school. He deserves what he gets. He should have been nicer to him.
