Vacation!
I have been thinking about going on vacation for a while now and after hearing all the guys at work talk about there vacations and other people i know talking about where they are going or want to go i decided i am going to go on vacation in 2007. No family to tell me what they have planned out. Just me a destination and a rent-a-car and maybe

Vegas would be cool-as-hell and if you scout around a bit, you can find great deals on hotels and flights there.
L.A. is L.A. It was alright, too big and most of the people are extremely self-centered (to me at least). When we went, did the tourist thing and saw Rodeo drive, Venice Beach, Hollywood, Disneyland, Universal (much cooler than the one here in Orlando) etc. etc. I think I would have much preferred San Francisco w/ it's decent public transportation and the overall culture and atmosphere. It's definitely a spot I want to visit in my lifetime.
Whereever you decide to go, good luck, have fun, and have at least a grand to blow so you're not denying yourself much if anything :)
