So back at work.  Glad to be home, kinda chilled for the NYE and yesterday.  On xmas eve, Beckett got diagnosed w/ Flu-B.

He had a fever popping and going on Tuesday, but it was maintained w/ ibuprofen.  On xmas eve, we gave him more medicine and the fever fell, but it went back up in 90 minutes or so.  Found a local pediatric urgent care where he ( Read more... )

Soon I'll be completely past this cold.  I feel okay overall, just tired.  I'm definitely tired of waking up in the morning feeling like the inside of my mouth has been processed by a tannery...

...I suppose.  Getting over this f'n cold, or wtvr it may be.  Had to use up a PTO (Paid Time Off) yesterday just to get some rest.  Remembered something that one of the admins told me:  sleep in a recliner, less likely to  be kept awake from the insufferable coughing because it properly drains rather than collects.  Did that yesterday after ( Read more... )

Yudanja prep is coming to a close soon.  The actual test is on Friday and Saturday.

Planned on taking Beckett to a Saturday class, just to get him some more practice time since the Prep classes they seem to run out of time for all that's planned.  He was a bit sore from Friday's prep class, so I let him have a day off.

So yesterday i had pizza, possibly more carbs than days before in truth because my weight gain was a bit more substantial than the days prior.  Although Saturday and Sunday i mowed the front and back, it helped drop my glycemic index down, it showed that i really need to exercise more.

So quite a bit of water weight lost in a short period of time.  I feel okay, no shakes, not tired, anything.  Not as heavy bathroom use on the second day like the first, but still often since I'm still drinking tons of water.  I didn't have any green tea since I left it at work, but I'll surely have some today
