Like his brother three and a half years ago, he had to be put down because of his kidneys.  Also like his brother, I realize having him put down was probably the kindest thing to do, but it doesn't make me feel any better...

12/25--> Well, I did go to my parents' house. My brother picked me up and gave me his present, a cache of PS2 games, including Star Wars Battlefront. Kewl. It was good to see him, my other brother, my parents, and my uncle and aunt. Riker seems inordinately friendly today. Whether it's the fact that he worried the crap out of me with his throwing up yesterday or that he's high as a kite from the catnip mouse that I got him is unclear. A full report of what I did for Christmas and what I did today will be coming soon...
