I read it and I trust you. Your an amazing person, Kara. Whether they see it or not. You don't make excuses for your being an asshole, you question what you think needs to be questioned. Don't let them push you around just so they feel like "responsible parents". If they are not, they are not. Theres no need to falsly boost their egos and self esteems. Sure, they'll feel better about themselves, but what about you? You love that spark you have in you. We all do. Don't loose it, Kara, don't loose your ability to fight. Don't let them do that. Remember it's all your perception. I don't want to see a Kara without her asshole ways, and the spark in her that makes her radiate. I don't think anyone does. Be strong, as you are, for you. Because you deserve nothing less. And I don't truly believe yuo'll settle for anything less.
Kara, your mom reads your blog. I don't generally say *anything* to her unless I'm concerned, and it was never about alcohol that I did suggest they read your blog.

But all in all it's a better way of life. Listen to suggestions and talk to people..that helped a lot in my recovery. Anyways...Congrats! And it's works if you work it!
I love how everybody hates AA untell they're 22 years old or so. I think there at two kinds of people in the world, those who hate AA and those who love it.
