Soo, I made a Steam account.

I purchased Mass Effect.

I spent a zillion years waiting for Mass Effect to download.

I finally installed Mass Effect.

And then I realized that my laptop processor video card cannot run the game.

Life is beautiful.

I can still play it on the PC at home, but I'm still a little bummed. Should have checked beforehand ( Read more... )

what processor do u have? It's a game from 2007...i'm surprised.

Also, ME is phenomenal in all sorts of ways. I actually played through the first one on PC...it's fantastic.

ME2 on PS3

I also already have ME3 collectors pre-ordered for PS3 :3

Pentium Dual-Core CPU. Runs at 2.3 ghz. Apparently I need 2.4. =/

My friends have been raving about it for the past two or so months. I wanted to check it out for myself. It look so cooooooooool~

Honestly, ME is probably the best game trilogy of this console generation.

Yeah, I'm basically computer illiterate, but had I known that before, I wouldn't have thought that would make it impossible to run. There probably is some other issue. I'll figure it out eventually.
