So Colin Mochrie (my favorite comedian EVAR, fyi) did an IAMA on Reddit, so I've been reading it, and someone posted his upcoming tour dates with Brad Sherwood, and apparently they're performing in Ithaca in September.
Ithaca is only like an hour away from my school.
I'm trying so hard not to hyperventilate while my roommate is here. -

In yet another dazzling display of my lack of willpower, I went ahead in Shippuden and watched the episodes with Kushina, and goddamn. She and Minato are...they just...they're perfect. I've taken up watching Naruto Shippuden from the beginning. I've actually been considering it for a while because Naruto, being the anime that truly got me into anime, occupies a very special place in my heart in spite of the fact that it's super long and ridiculous and kinda sorta sexist ( Read more... ) -

I had my first LARP session today! It was really fun. I was a member of the mafia playing against the police and the hobos, and there were behind-the-scenes dealings and betrayals happening, and it was awesome in pretty much every way.
